Yesterday, I got to do one of the most enjoyable things you can do in aviation! Take someone that has gotten bit by the aviation bug for a ride. My new friend Joe is doing his ground school as we work to get a training aircraft in our flying club. Tuesday was a pretty day, and other members were going to have the airplane out and warmed up, so I checked with Joe to see if he could go, and we were off.
Aside from takeoff and landings, Joe did most of the flying. He took to it very well and I predict he will pick it up very quick.
