Late Fall colors in Arkansas

After a long day flying Young Eagles yesterday, we decided to make a Jeep run down into Arkansas to catch what was left of the Fall colors.

We visited Calico Rock, Blanchard Springs and Gunner pool.

On the way back the GPS reported that we could continue on the same gravel road to get back to Calico Rock. We were feeling adventurous despite knowing it was possible the GPS was lying. It was a nice, but very long drive that eventually got us back to the highway. Fun ride in a Jeep though.
